Dear friends, thats my problem:
I am using a H1 with H2 upgrade and 2 original Li-battery-grips. One old, one brand-new. I am using the original Hasselblad charger BC-H 3053568 The body is connected with a PhaseOne P25 and the back works absolutely perfect. Since some weeks I have the problem, that many times there is shown on the camera display: "replace the battery". But the reason is not a discharged battery, the reason must be an error in the firmware of camera or battery-grip.
If I replace the same battery-grip sometimes the camera runs still on, some times if I replace a fresh charged grip, the error comes after each actuation.
So I followed the suggestion to reset the battery grip (5-6 times pressing the on/of-button at the camera, then replace the battery by pressing the buttons flash/menu till the beep is comming...). I did it serveral times, the problem is not fixed.
The problem is not present every time, but every time if it is especialy disturbuíng :-/
Is there a possibility to reset the (just now current) firmware of the camera? I also tried it with setting all functions back to "standard" at the camera ... no success.
Is somebody able to help me? Thank you very much.
Friendly regards from Berlin, but just now with that trouble from Island.
