Problems with batteries on H1

Dear friends, thats my problem:
I am using a H1 with H2 upgrade and 2 original Li-battery-grips. One old, one brand-new. I am using the original Hasselblad charger BC-H 3053568 The body is connected with a PhaseOne P25 and the back works absolutely perfect. Since some weeks I have the problem, that many times there is shown on the camera display: "replace the battery". But the reason is not a discharged battery, the reason must be an error in the firmware of camera or battery-grip.

If I replace the same battery-grip sometimes the camera runs still on, some times if I replace a fresh charged grip, the error comes after each actuation.

So I followed the suggestion to reset the battery grip (5-6 times pressing the on/of-button at the camera, then replace the battery by pressing the buttons flash/menu till the beep is comming...). I did it serveral times, the problem is not fixed.

The problem is not present every time, but every time if it is especialy disturbuíng :-/

Is there a possibility to reset the (just now current) firmware of the camera? I also tried it with setting all functions back to "standard" at the camera ... no success.

Is somebody able to help me? Thank you very much.

Friendly regards from Berlin, but just now with that trouble from Island.

Thank you, ceret, I will try it ones more. I do not understand this in relation to the price .... :-/

Never had such problems with the phaseone-back and I am usind with that simple no-name-batteries additional ... :-/

I think the only thing different from what you are already doing is putting the battery back on the charger for another 10 or so hours once it is reset. This was also new to me, but it seems to be working.

Good luck and let us know the outcome.

nothing worked

I hope to find a good service here in Reykjavik. Tryed several things, also without lens and viewfinder. May be there is a problem with the charger too. No idea... :-/ The big technical secret how to connect a battery with a camera seems to be lost ... :-(

charger?

unfortunaly the hasselblad-expert was not present and i did not had much time. the technicians tested the batteries, they had power. what i saw yesterday: the chargers lamp was on only for 3 minutes, than it starts to blink. but if i cupt it from the power, put it in again, the lamp was shining 3 minutes, than it started to blink again. i repeated that strange procedure 10 times and on the next day i had power for more time than the days before on my battery. may be the charger has a damage... :-/

i got a new charger

but the problem is still the same. thank you to reykjavik-service for selling me a charger.
