Hi,

Where can I get an adapter for my Zeiss lenses so they will fit on my Canon camera?
How much do they cost?

See EB ! There is 3 types:
Basic, with AF confirmation and machined to be hold on tripods.
 
The Chinese mob that make the basic non-AF type do a great job. The fit and finish are superb and delivered to Oz in 3 days! I have been delighted with mine.
