XPanII also a Fuji

I am wondering if the new X-Pan also is manufactured by Fuji. Why is there a big prce differce between a Fuji an Hasselblad ?
You could order a Fuji in japan for 30% cheaper than in UK (inkluding tax).
Is there a difference in quality or its just because of the monopoly made by Hasselblad ?

I got the TX-2 (Fuji) last fall. Great addition to my original Xpan ( I love the pure BLACK finish!). It is a Japan market only product, but I got mine on Ebay from importer in US.
