Well, here in Switzerland, Hasselblad is imported by...Leica. It cost officialy SFr 15'500 + Tax. perhaps not so bad.

They did not even recieved the "demo" back yet. There are no shops in the western part of Switzerland (french part) to buy any new Hasselblad stuff.
What is the size of the hasselblad box for the new CFV ?
I saw that it seams possible to buy online at Calumet USA, is there any other way more interesting ?

There is no advantage to buy in the US unless a dealer decides to discount the CFV39.
US and continental prices are exactly the same.

I would buy from SHP in Germany.
They stock the CFV39 and offer a small discount on the list price.

Hasselblad in CH

You can buy from Light & Byte in Zuerich. They are Hasselblad dealer. Price without VAT is spot on.

Thanks, for info. Hard to see discount on new Hasselblad stuffs.
BTW, it'seams that a lot of second hand "CFV 16" are for sale these days. To me,it means that part of those poeple is looking for upgrating the number of pixels.

I'have an old Kodak proback (16 Mpix) since june, I 'm suprised that manual focusing is not a real problem as far as you used manual before. Except that with digital you can controle the result in shorter time.
