Using a Bay 70 lens 50 CFi w Adapter & Bay 60 Filters

Hi, all - I was fortunate to able to add a 50 CFi and a 150 CFi to my kit this weekend. I read that Hasselblad makes a Bay 70 to Bay 60 adapter so that Bay 60 filters could be used on the 50mm lens. But, would doing so cause vignetting in the image?
Cheers,
Mike

Adapter BAJ.70 to BAJ.60 diameters :
In the last HASSELBLAD "Paper catalog" it reads as follows for the adapter :
Part number is 3040775 used for attaching 60mm filters on the CFi50 lenses .
No vignetting should result in using that adapter . But it also says , that only one filter should be used . That means one filter will not cause vignetting , but more than one will .

50 CFi works well (of course) also with Flexbody, but to get maximum shift (about 12 mm) no filter or hood can be used.

Indeed. That was the case with the CF version, and why they changed the mount to a larger one.
But if one filter at a time is all you need, you can use the bay 60 ones you may already have.

Thanks, all, for the rapid replies & helpful details. Nice to not have 2 sets of filters.
Cheers,
Mike

And it can make small amounts of vignetting more visible too.
It's better to make sure there is no vignetting at all.
