Am presently repairing/restoring a 503cw with 3 Zeiss lenses and seeking information regarding the availability of spare parts for them.

Any leads, links, information would be greatly appreciated.

Welome at hasselblad info forum Irishimage.

Any Hasselblad service center will be glad to help you.
The 503 CW is still being supplied as are most of the CFE/CFi lenses.
Parts and service for CF lenses should not be a problem either.

go to: www.hasselblad.se

Select the country were you are or the one close to you.

You will find Hasselblad service centers in Australia, Germany,
United Kingdom, the USA and in Sweden of course.

But do take all the pills the doctor prescribed before asking them (HB) about spare part prices.

It is not as bad as that although being on good speaking terms with your bank manager may help.

Parts can be expensive.
Most of them are only available from Hasselblad although some spares for lenses can be ordered from Carl Zeiss.
That can save a lot of money.

Hasselblad,Spare/used Parts

Thanks for the price warning..
Looks like i might have to trade in a few Leica's to pay for the parts then ..

Actually was seeking information regarding any independent suppliers of spare parts, even second hand used parts could be acceptable, depending on condition.
I did contact Zeiss in Germany for parts but they indicated that only Hasselblad Sweden could supply.. have yet to hear back from them after 3 days.

So any further leads contacts regarding even used parts ,would be greatly appreciated.

Spares

Noel,

The parts department of Hasselblad Sweden is closed during holidays.
My information is it will open august 10th.

JD Camtech London has a good selection of new and used spares.
John Dellera also stocks parts for older lenses no longer supported by Hasselblad/Zeiss.

http://www.jdcamtech.com/

New glass for C lenses is no longer available except for the 100 mm and the 250 mm.
Glass from the latest 100/250 CFi lenses also fits C lenses.
