Welcome to the forum. Your headline sounds a bit like my own story. I had a 500C in my younger days that was sold to fund a Pentax 400mm. Many years later, I am back in the game with a 500 EL/M, 80mm f/2.8, 150mm f/4 and Phase One P25 digital back.
