Memory Card Preference for CFV?

Does anyone have a preferred memory card for use with the CFV?
Both size (GB's) and brand?
One issue I'm curious about is that the higher capacity memory cards (4 & 8 GB) might be more prone to crashing than, say, a 2 GB card. Any creedence to that concern?
Is there any particular brand that has a better track record or reputation than the others?

Right now I'm using a SanDisk Extreme III 16GB without problems. I have an 8GB as an extra.

Not too sure about crashing and so forth. I don't think I give mine the same abuse as some of you pro's.
