Magical part spotted

I recently had my hands on one of these magical parts that make the classic Hasselblad system so much fun.

It is made of soft, pliable plastic. About the size of a 10 Eurocent coin, or a US nickel.

I know what it is, do you?

With thanks to Paul for dragging it over.

Is this a cap for a peephole magazine to be used for 220 rollfilm ? ? ?
I have never seen that piece before .
Or is this a 220 cent piece of the HASSELBLAD currency :)

Hello Jürgen,

Your first idea is absolutely right.
This little cap was used to block light coming through the peephole of a "12" magazine.
The procedure to load the film is an adventure on its own.
After 12 exposures simply reset the counter and you are ready for exposures 13 till 24.
