In a jam help

In an unthingking moment I tried to attach a 120mm to my 503CX with the camera in the uncocked position. The lens cannot be removed & I cannot wind on to cock the shutter.
Can anyone help?

Folks, sorry to trouble you with a common problem. Found the (potential) solution at

but it doesn't seem to work in this case. Now to find a technician in Kuala Lumpur...

Many thanks for the link Qnu. I'm not sure that I want to attempt the "hard jam" routine. Prior to jamming the camera could not be released unless the magazine was removed; so it's off to Shriro.
For what its worth this is my first jam in 9 years of use.
