So, following the shutter glitch discussion, I want to know how to send the camera to Sweden for servicing - in case the glitch become much more frequent.
Went to Hasselblad website - it said contact local distributor. Well, I don't have much faith in Australian distributor of Hasselblad.
Do I have to send an email first before sending the camera away? Or just send it to Hasselblad Sweden? How do I know someone there received it and perform the servicing?
