How to get camera repaired in Sweden

So, following the shutter glitch discussion, I want to know how to send the camera to Sweden for servicing - in case the glitch become much more frequent.

Went to Hasselblad website - it said contact local distributor. Well, I don't have much faith in Australian distributor of Hasselblad.

Do I have to send an email first before sending the camera away? Or just send it to Hasselblad Sweden? How do I know someone there received it and perform the servicing?
 
I wouldn't worry sending the camera to Sweden, properly insured and having mailed Hasselblad service beforehand.

I got immediate help with a small issue I had with one of my lenses while abroad, matter was sorted within a week.

Just make sure to get in touch with them before you send your camera.
