How to clean an focusing screen

I bought an 501 CM and under the focusing screen is now lot of dust.
Please exist some short description how to do it?
I have to remove remove the view finder correctly and I do not have any experience yet.

Thank you

Remove the Film/Digital back from the camera, slide the waist level finder backwards off the camera body, carefully push the two small clips above the sides of the screen to the edge, I use a fingernail. Turn the camera upside down, holding your other hand ready to catch the screen - the screen will fall out of the camera into your hand. Clean both sides of the screen with a good blower brush and with a lens cleaning cloth if necessary. Carefully blower brush the inside of the camera body while you're at it (be careful of hitting the mirror). Clean the inside of the waist level finder and re-assemble the camera. Be careful to make sure the screen is put back correctly, the MATTE side of the screen should be DOWN. Pushing the waist level finder back into position will automatically reset the clips to the correct position. Be careful to never force anything. It's very easy when you've done it once.

Additional to Pete's very good description , let me point out , never use a cleaning fluid . Never .
If that fluid runs in between the (two) parts of the screen , you will most likely destroy the screen .

I'm so glad you posted that. If you hadn't I would have done!

In addition to Jürgens post:

Never use water or any other fluid for that matter.

Only dry air and a soft cloth like a lens tissue can be used to clean a focusing screen.
