How much bigger can the sensor be for the Hasselblad H system

I am not sure (but curious) if cooling the sensor is also done for "normal" photography?

It is.
With ventilators.

Actually, not only fans as I just discovered by checking the Sinar web site. Sinar apparantly uses Peltier elements in combination with fans. Interesting.. One learns something new every day.
