Higher Power Strobe settings & X2d II

Hello: Having an issue that I’m sure is my lack of x2d menu selection when shooting strobes.

Shooting with strobes in a darkened environment, (for instance 250th sec @ F11). For ease of viewing, I like a bright LCD and rear screen even at shooting aperture/shutter speed. Don’t have that issue with my Sony cameras but with the X2d, the screen is almost black. WHAT settings do I need to set for easy to view scenarios but at my shooting aperture/shutterspeed?

This is the reply that I received from another YouTuber. Fixed the issue!
Check your menu settings for “Exposure Simulation” and disable it, kwhich will allow you to see your composition clearly even with your flash settings applied.
