I think the X2D II is a massive step forward for Hasselblad and its users. The improvement on the autofocus alone is worth it already. According to the reviews, you can finally use the X2DII for street photography. The X2DII seems to be finally a serious alternative for those people who where thinking about Fuji medium format formerly, because of the better AF.
Resistance is futile, yes. I have one on order. It's a ton of money but I would rather have the camera than have the money. I'll just eat a lot of beans and rice.

I think I have a buyer for the X2D. It will be a below-market sale as the buyer is a good fellow and a friend so we should both be happy with the deal. They are running ~US$6,000 on eBay for a clean one with box and accessories, which this one is.
