Never told me!

Hello Cristian,

You never told me you have the 100 mm Planar lens.
That is a gem to be treasured.

I am glad the 1000F finally made it to where you live.
Have fun with the 1000F. It served me well during the 8 years I had this camera.

Paul

had no idea where to upload the first shots i took with my 1000f, so i will use this post :)

I truly envy you. Good luck with this beautiful old camera. It\s always great fun with the first picture of a camera. Thanks for sharing,

Just think of FUC and open an own thread for the vintage images .
For those , who do not know what FUC stands for , here is the explanation .
FUC is a virtual expression for HASSELBLAD 1600F/1000F (see the F) and UC stands for user club . So FUC is the expression for HASSELBLAD F-MODEL USER CLUB . (Paul, the laziest moderator in the world , has already pointed this out in an earlier thread) .

So whenever you open a new thread , just put the FUC in front of your title .

Here a goody for the vintage freaks .

HASSELBLAD 1600F with CZ SONNAR 4/250

Best regards Jürgen

Thanks Jürgen.

You explained quite well what the FUC stands for.
The idea to start new threads about these cameras and lenses simply with FUC helps other readers and posters to find news about early Hasselblad cameras and their users.

The pictures Cristif took are proof older cameras can still be a reliable tool for those infected by the charm of these cameras.

Paul

thank you for the observations. i guess it's too late to modify this thread but will open a new one with "fuc" label in front.

Dear FUC,
let me show you another collection of goodies for vintage freaks. Got them today.

What a mess!

This could have been a nice way to spend long winter evenings but winter is about to end.

I am sure Ulrik will find a way to sought out these objects and make a few useable cameras out of this.

Paul

ps
I added the "FUC" letters to this thread to draw attention of all those interested in older Hasselblad cameras.

Thanks Ulrik ,

to show us this early image from the development department from "VICTOR" .
There is a lot of work ahead of you .

My SUPER WIDE has just returned from a beauty farm and insisted of beeing shown here .

Have a nice weekend . Jürgen

Hello Jürgen,
I am very happy that the Super Wide has recovered.

Nice of you to call it "development department" instead of "scrapyard".

Best Regards
Ulrik

congratulations cristif
Jürgen she deserve to be shown here
I'm wondering how long can a digicam like
EOS 1Ds MKIII or D3x live ?
as for artist choice; is there any full manual
digital camera ? or is it against the law of digital ?

Ulrik

You are sitting on the wrong horse .
This is not the SWA , which arrived damaged . This is my SW , which I bought from a SWISS photographer about two years ago . He bought an ALPA with a special CZ BIOGON , made for ALPA .
What a camera ! ! ! I had it in my hands . Fantastic .

And this is the damaged SWA .

I can even attach my CFV DIGITAL back to the shown SW (beauty) camera , and it works . I have tried it .
The only disadvantage is , when doing the "digital film transport" , stands for cocking the shutter , you have to swing back the CFV a bit , that the little plunger which comes out of the camera housing , has room to move .
No trouble here . At the time , the SW was built , nobody new anything about digital backs at all . What a great compatibility system .The V-SYSTEM . Long live the HASSELBLAD V-SYSTEM .
