I have the D-40 flash witch is interesting for specific pictures.
Once I saw on the net D-40 with white diffusor on the reflector.
Nothing like this in the Hasselblad line, it seams it comes from other flash constructors perhaps from Quantum flash or sunpak 120J.
I seams to me that a very big reflector for quantum should be usable on the D-40 but I can't try it. Who has such experiences ?
BTW it's a shame that this flash is not usable in automatic or (beter) 1/2;1/4;1/8;1/16 power manual, as I usualy use flash radio trigged flash far from the camera (strobist use in fact).
