Gud day :)

Ime using my hasselblad 500 c/m for almost a year now and develop the films by myself! I just love this awesum camera :)

so far I did not have any problems. But lately, every third film ime using there's a white stripe on the right or left side and spots close to the borders. Ive no idea where this could come from and I never had this problem before... Anybody knows where this could come from and why? It only happens with black background and while taking pictures in the studio...

any help would be much appreciated!

Hard to answer !
There are many different ways to explore to me.
For the left of picture 9 it sems that the devloper is not clean and that there was not enought ajitation. On left sides it seams that there was not enought devlopper left side of picture 6 look like light was trying to enter when the roll was finished outside of the camera perhaps old film exposed to heat or film not correctly glued at the end (see number 6 and the arrow). Perhaps interesting to compare part of the film witch was not exposed

I would recommend that you have the film developed by a professional shop and then see if the problem remains or disappears. It looks like a problem with the development process which you apply.

I agree that it seems a problem of agitation and perhaps too little developer.

A further query - do you presoak your film?

This helps get rid of bubbles which can get trapped in the spool - this could be the cause of streaks at the edges.

Try tapping the can a couple of times after each agitation.

Thanks guys for ur help so far!!

I might have figured out the problem. The film I developed right now did not show anything like in my sample pictures :)

I usually use a few drops of soap to make the water better roll of the film. I found out that I didn't proper clean the spiral after that so there was arrears of the soap...

The other thing was the plastic can I use to heat up developer distorted due to really hot water in which I put it. Therefore, I always did not have enough developer in the Jobo Tank.

Well, I hope this is really the solution :) Thanks again.

Cheers
