Steady hand with the equivalent of 500mm on a V? Tripod, mirror up and remote release using the winder. (I cheated)

Mind you, It can be done.

Last week I saw a guy using the 500 mm Tele Tessar with adapter and a Nikon D3 take a tele photo.

It was a good picture as far as looking at the tiny screen of the camera could tell.
