I had purchased a 500cm and was exceedlingly disappointed with this format. I bought an enlarger, but the parts needed were missing. I bought a kit, but the meter in the prism is four stops different from my hand held incident meter. The lab I had intended on using ceased 120 film processing just about a month after acquiring my camera. I've just acquired a V750 scanner and I'll be d..d if I can get the film to stay put in the holders or figuire out what at betterscanning is the solution: antinewton glass or a new holder. Am I paranoid or do you think someone doesn't want me in MF?

Since I last posted as a new member with the dew still damp I have had a chance to look at some of the work and have become reinvigorated by the format. Wildi's book had the most influence on my turnaround. The message: it took considerable effort to start making acceptable 6x6's but I'm glad I stuck with it.

That is quite a start you got!
It all seems a bad coincidence, what else could happen?

The the positive thing is from this point it can only get better.
