40mm apparently jammed

Hi.
The attached picture shows the back of a 40mm that is jammed. I cannot re-cock the lens because I cannot rotate the shatf.

May anyone tell something judging by the picture?

It looks all right to me.

I don't have any C-lenses with me so I can't really compare. But comparing to my CF it looks the same.

What happens when you try to mount it to the body? Or if you push the shaft to release the lens?

Could you please describe more in detail what the problem is?

Sorry.
I didn't notice the shutterblades before I posted my answer.

Then I have no clue. :(
Other to send it for service/repair.

But please tell us more.

Looks like one or more shutterblades are broken.
This is a job for a qualified technican.

Be careful with the lens.
Loose blades may damage the glass elements.
