38 or 45mm for X-Pan style photography

I've just bought a new X2D and 90:2.5 V for my Portraiture needs, I also fancy shooting X-Pan style Urban and Landscape pictures. What would be your preference out of these two lenses above, and any example pictures would be much appreciated ?

When traveling I like the xcd55v and 38v. Depends really if there are buildings enter (use the 38) or just street scenes (55). Ivevthe xcd25v for landscape, but fined it’s too big to carry around on a day trip. I’ve never tried xpan style…. But I will when the weather warms up a bit .
