You forgot the Schott filters for UV applications.
Not particularly low cost like Wratten 87 filters but very very good.

Oh, Schott have IR filters as well :) And much more durable in what is most likely the best optical glass in the world. I did not really forget them, it is
just I cannot memorise their filter designations as easily.

Thanks, I hope they still are ... ;)

To make things clear, you don't have to have a UV-Sonnar
to be able to make those - it helps and it is a bit easier,
but there are also other possibilities.

[that "black" background cardboard I was using was not black in UV]

Not much to see in UV except the lit tips on the petals and the structure
on that petal surface which gets visible.
