Is there a document, directions, or some kind of video that shows how to disassemble the waist-level viewfinder? I have one in pretty bad condition and want to attempted to repaint and re-spring it, but I don't want to just start pulling this apart blindly.

Hasselblad policy in general for service and repairs is to instruct new technicians during training courses.
As far as I know there is no documentation regarding waist level finders.
It takes quite a lot of skill to service a WLF.
I am glad to leave that job to my technician.

WIth todays prices on seconhand parts I would get a new one.
And pull the bad one apart, just to see if I could get it together again.
But as long it is working, I would most likely leave it as it is.
If you do dissassembly it please post some pictures, so we all can learn how it looks like.
