TTartisan 90mm f/1.25 lens for hasselblad x-mount cameras?

Hi there,

I was trawling the internet this morning and came across this lens. I there are only a small amount of reviews and very basic too, so I was wondering if anyone on PP had any first hand encounters with it?

I know it's a manual focus lens (I shoot all my flower work manual focus anyhoo) and that I would have to use the electronic shutter too, but wondered if the end results were any good?

Anyone using one?

Found a stockist in the UK, but wanted some feedback before buying one.

Thanks,

Paul

I have a couple of good FB friends that use TTartisan lenses, and the 90mm, in particular. Both say it is a decent lens for the money, but be advised that it will create some vignetting on a Hasselblad sensor. But for a small amount of disposable money, it sounds like it would be a fun lens to play with.

I've got a bunch of TTartisan leica lenses and nobody (seriously nobody) can tell them from Leica glass. The 50 1.4 and the 35 1.4 are amazing. The downside of this one (which I haven't used) is that you'd have to use the crappy electronic shutter -- which doesn't mean you shouldn't get this lens, BUT, I'd say if you do get it, don't get it in the hasselblad mount, get it in a mount you can use with another camera (like if you've got a Leica, get it in the leica mount) and then use it with an adapter.

im driving a ferrari and can me pls somebody tell why i should use chinese linglang tires instead of pirelli p zero?
Because Ferrari doesn't make a 90mm f1.25? The object here is to get good photos, not spend the most money. If someone wins the race with Chinese tires that's all that matters.

no, HC100 in used but perfect condition around €1200,- + conv new €900.
Thats a 80mm/1.7 for a total of €2100.
only disadvantage is its a lot larger and heavier.
