suitable extension tubes

Could someone offer some advice on compatible extension tubes for my CF T Planar 2.8/80 please? I'd like to decrease the minimum focus a little for closer portraits.

You could try the 8 or the 10 mm extension ring.
It means you will be getting quite close to the subject which might be uncomfortable.

A better solution is to look for the classic portrait lens the 150 Sonnar.
Even with the 150 lens you may feel the need for a small extension ring when framing a portrait real close.

A decent C series 150 Sonnar can be found around 200-250 euro.
The later CF version will cost another 100 euro in good condition.
