I just got the following reply from Hasselblad's UK office, which may be of interest.

Dear *****
As of November 2012 all our repairs are now carried out by the factory in Sweden and the current turnaround time is a approximately 12- 14 working days. To give you an idea on the cost of repair:
General service of the body: £395 Plus carriage plus VAT (parts included) Wind-on Mechanism repair only: £295 plus carriage plus VAT (parts included) Minor 'ad hoc' repair (for example a failed component or a minor adjustment): £195 plus carriage plus VAT (parts included)

Michael is correct but I can add that since that time Classic V has started business as the authorised and endorsed V System repairer for the UK.
