I just bought a Hama wireless shutter release for my Nikon D200, and I wonder whether one of the Hama range would work on the HD3 etc. I do have the Hasselblad cable release, but I find that the position of the input plug is awkward, and that it easily becomes dislodged when I hand hold the camera, or change the battery. It is also quite easy for the cable release to become dislodged to such a tiny degree that it doesn't work. This means that for just about every shot I have to push the cable release jack-plug into the socket "just in case"..this is quite annoying when shooting on location. I was once told that the Hama Sony wireless remote plug was "the same" as the Hasselblad RC plug..but, is it, and would the wireless shutter release work with the Hasselblad? Possibly more of a question for Hasselblad technical support..but has anyone used a wireless remote for their shutter, of ANY make?
The reason I want the wireless cable release is 1. because the jack-plug is more flush to the socket than the current jack-plug of the Hasselblad release...and 2. I want to use the shutter release wirelessly for still-life etc.
