Phocus printing problems

I'm a new Phocus user and it's driving me insane when I try to print. Sometimes the selection I have made shows up in the print dialog box, sometimes not. Sometimes, in contact sheet mode, some photos in folder to be printed show up, others do not. When I change selections, the response in the print dialog box seem almost random. Help. I'm probably missing something obvious or making some selection mistakes; I don't know. I am using Phocus V2.6.4 on an intel iMac with 4 G of ram.

Thanks for any help or advice anyone may give.
