Phocus not dislaying in Windpws 7

Hi all - anyone had trouble with Phocus 2.6.2 and W7 Pro 64bit?
The issue is that the main window displays white and not the image.
I have 'updated' the Direct X files as suggested on installation.

Hi Ken,

Phocus (32bit) 2.6.2 works for me with XP Professional SP3.
Phocus (64bit) 2.6.2 under Win7 SP1 without a problem.

Hi Ken,

This appears to be a Graphics Card issue.
If you be so kind, could you send the system information to me and i will review it. Instructions below.

Win 7 > Start menu and select Run - > type "dxdiag". The system will gather the computers info. Select the button "Save All Information"

I suggest sending this dxdiag.txt file in an e-mail to Hasselblad USA support at support@hasselbladusa.com.
