One-click focus

I have the H4D-50 and the recent firmware upgrade gave me the spirit level and grip display on the LCD. I can not figure out how the one-click focus works.
What button is used for this feature to work?

From hasselbladdigital forum:

You have to select it and assign a button in the custom options, you choose the button that suits you.

Thanks, but it is still not clear "you have to select it".
Where do I select it? Does this option work with the H4D-50?

In the H4D manual, look at the custom functions section. You assign one of the programmable buttons to it.
