Lost Frames

New to the world of Hasselblad and have an unusual problem with 202FA. I am sure I doing something wrong but cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. I have shot about 25 rolls using 202FA with A12 magazine. On every second roll I shoot, the second frame is lost. The shutter fires but at a speed that is too fast for the appropriate exposure. It is only the second frame and only every second roll that I shoot. It has been completely reliable otherwise.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

just don't make that second shot on every second roll?

serious, i think there's some serious coincidence with all that.
how many times this happened now? every second roll of your 25 films?

mm

The 202 does not know if there is a A12 or not. Nor it knows that the second picture of the film.

Somethng else happen. Witch mode do you use ?

If you are in A mode and the second picture is done without puting eye on the viewfinder by sunshine, the light enter from there and corupt light metering.
I never use A mode. Always D mode with film and most of time M with digital.

I am normally shooting in A mode. Since I noted the problem it has been 100% predictable that this is the only frame that is affected. I shot two rolls this weekend. The first roll had this phenomenon, the second did not. I shot some test shots last night and believe it or not, the second frame of the roll had this happen.
I will change the exposure mode to see if that makes a difference but the remarkable coincidence of this happening is perplexing.
It is not that big a deal and film is relatively cheap and I do not take shots that are considered critical so losing a frame ever other roll is not that big a deal but it is just such a weird thing that I would like to figure it out.

Update: One problem solved another apparent

I feel stupid but the problem is not with exposure but rather that the mirror does not flip up in spite of the shutter firing. Under what circumstances could this happen. It still only happens once a roll. I tried to outsmart it by using mirror up but believe it or not, the mirror up lever caused the shutter to fire and the mirror never moved. Am I an idiot, hallucinating or what
