Long exposures on h3d 39? (more than 30 seconds)

Hello all, I recently updated my firmware on the understanding that doing so would give extra iso range ( which it did) and longer than 30 second exposure times. I still only have a 30 second ability. Does anybody know hoe I get the longer exposure time? Hasselblad rep said it would extend to 1 min 30 seconds. Any help welcome.
