the medium format market is rather small. New products are seldom. I was excited to see that Hasselblad announced the new X2DII today. I was even more excited to see that the new X2DII is around 800 USD cheaper than its predecessor.
Can you believe this? There are tarriffs, inflation and a shrinking photo market, even worse for medium format. Everybody is increasesing its prices. Not so Hasselblad.
The new Hasselblad X2D II will cost around 7.200 USD/€. I will open a new thread for the X2D II in the Hasselblad section.
But this is not the only news. Unfortunately. I got last night a PM from our user Patrick. He informed me, that another Hassy Forum (hasselbladdigitalforum.com) was shut down. I do not know when this happened. I do not know why. It is just a pitty to see more and more forums closing.
In case you know the old owner of that forum or have an email address of him, please send me his contact details via PM and I will try to rescue that Hassy community. There is always a way, if you really want to.

update: Thanks to the help of another member, I contacted the owner of that site via PM on reddit. yesterday. I got no answer yet. It seems that the site was hacked and that there is no backup of that forum, otherwise the webhoster would have restored it within an hour easily. That is a pity...
