Hello. I am new here, but I want to know if anyone has had the same problems I have had with the New H4x.
I am using it with a P45+ Phase One just like I have been with my H1's
1. The camera losses connection with the lenses sporadically. I have only tried with the 210mm and the 50-110. None of my H1 camera do that.
2. The camera fires much much slower with the than the H1 cameras. Also the buffer on the Phase one gets filled up real fast and then I can't shoot until they get transferred to the computer, then I put the H1 body back on and the problem goes away. I can't understand how the camera could be effecting this.
3. With my H1 cameras I would always fire the camera from the laptop using function-k when I am at slow shutter speeds so as no to touch the and shake the camera. This no longer works with the H4x. Imput the H1 back on, and no problem.
4. Tru-focus? I don't really get it. Previously I would always put the H1 in MF and use the user button as focus. Seems that tru-focus does exactly that. So there is no improvement in the percentage of my in focus shot unfortunately.
I know everyone is thinking that I should contact my dealer, and the thing is I have. Over a week ago. Still no answer. If anyone can help me solve these problems that would be great.
Best.
