Hello Giorgi , you don't state what software you are trying to shoot to ? Phocus or Flexcolor .
Also there is some ambiguity with what you initially stated -
after i recieved it, i found some problems with connection.

Does this mean it partially worked or did not work at all? will the digital back stay powered if you don't use either Phocus or Flexcolor ? What firmware is installed ? Do you see any actual error codes such as 9 followed by three other digits , e.g 9xxx.

Hi Dino

Sometimes, very seldom connection stay on for maybe very short period( 10-20 seconds)

Sometimes after I try connection, viewfinder tells me that i must restart digital back

Hi Dino
sometimes, when i put the cable to the digital back, lcd shows me cf folder and disappears after 2 seconds (that means that digital back has reaction )

Digital Back Firmware version 259
Body 2.1.0
15.0.0
Mag 2.15.1
VF 6.6.0
Lens 13.0.0

PC software

Flex Color 4.8.8

Tested computers

Dell laptop WIN 7 64bit with I link (400mbs)
Desktop PC quad core WIN 7 32bit (Lacie fireware card and Hasselblad 800mbs cable)
Desktop PC two AMD cpus Win XP servic pack 3 (Lacie fireware card from first pc)

Thank you

Yes
but seems that digital back female connector has little movement :(

Well.... I did not want to say/write that before but to me this smells like a back that had a knock on the connected Firewire plug.

These connectors are typically surface mounted devices similar to this one

The picture shows it upside down, the tiny pins on the top connect to the printed circuit board. Mechanical stress like a knock on a cable can force the pins out of the solder. The metal casing you see is also soldered onto the circuit board. No screws or anything really robust.

Worst case situation would occur if the printed circuit traces got ripped from the printed circuit board. Standard repair approach would be to replace the complete circuit board. Read: $$$$ costly. With enough patience and manual dexterity one can often repair (resolder) things but that needs someone capable and willing to try that. I have done this kind of thing myself but it is tricky and there is no guarantee one can fix it.

Not good news I'm afraid...

Dear Wilko

did you had same problem like this?

Today i spoke with guy who has experience with digital cameras (shutter replacements and etc) and he told that he will try

you know some useful webpage with detailed scheme of digital back unscrew or something?

Giorgi

P.s. hasselblad service is tooo far from me (nearest in Turkey or Germany)

I have experience fixing things like HP iPAQ and MIO PDAs. Not with digibacks, sorry.

Problem solved!
It was Fireware port at digital back (bad contacts)
and reinsall camera firmware

Thanks to ALL
