Hi folks - another new member here. I've been shooting with a 500c/m for a few years now, and recently added a 503cx to the bag. Also have 50, 80 and 150 lenses, and an SWC for the wide end. You could say I like the Hassy system! I love the negs I get with the Hasselblad, which are so much easier to print in the darkroom compared with 35mm. I also dabble with a range of 35mm and dSLR gear, so I can't call myself a purist in any sense - too busy enjoying myself for that! Looking forward to learning more about the system here and sharing some info and photos.

Cheers!

Chris

Thanks for the welcome! I'm down in Canberra.

It seems a little quiet around here at the moment.

Far north coast - it must be nice to be on the coast; all that lovely coastal scenery close to hand and an easy trip up into the hills too.

Welcome at hasselbladinfo forum Chris.
A trip to the coastal area looks like a good excuse to shoot some more film.

I lived in and around Canberra for 32 years, I do miss some aspects of it - the steam railway (we were members) and the AWM, the balloon festival particularly. I love where we are but the bugs would carry you off and summer is hot and humid. But the scenery is stunning.

If you come up this way send me a PM, My OH and I can offer a double sofa bed but you have to like cats as we have 6 and you might wake up to find a pussy in with you - in the nicest possible way!
