It is the same as the HS-Standard focus screen "Spherical Acute-Matte D type focusing screen with grid and central markings for spot (Ø7.5 mm) and AF metering area" but with the 36 x 24 crop marked as a solid black line.
It's not masked at all so it can also be used like a normal full frame focus screen.
