Years ago, I followed the recommendation of a post here, to have frames ordered from Halbe-Rahmen in Germany. After some good experiences with several magnetic frames cut upon my wishes, the last one was a disaster. They sent a optical glass with the wrong size, and that was a big one :about 1190 x 500 mm. The service after sale did not believe first, and when I sent a high-res picture of the glass with a meter, they just stop communicating, and ignore my emails.
