I've found that in order to use Lightroom or Camera Raw, I must first convert my fffs to DNGs. However, during the conversion from either Phocus or Lightroom, there is a definite shift in exposure (the DNG gets much darker) and worse, there's a color shift toward red. So I've skipped the whole process and use Phocus or FC to convert directly into TIFFs. However, this deprives me of the control offered by Lightroom and Camera Raw.

I used Lightroom & ACR/Photoshop for 35mm work and always converted to DNG files for practicality reasons. I found the colour space & exposure different in Lightroom to ACR, when I tweaked settings in Lightroom to give a good wide balanced histogram I then found that when I opened it in ACR the images was clipped with highlight & shadow alerts. The colour balance had shifted also.
In the end I only used Lighroom for keywording etc. & left all the image manipulation to ACR. Lightroom has just become an expensive keywording software, I know other photographers in the 35mm world who have similar issue's.
After you've converted from fffs to DNG, view the DNG files in both Lightroom & ACR and you will see the image's histogram represented differently.

Think I may have found the problem, Adobe Camera Raw/Photoshop & Lightroom have a default setting of 5 in the Blacks adjustment when a file is opened.
Just set this Black setting to Zero & you'll find the image looks identical to Phocus with no exposure shift.
I've tried it with some test images I downloaded from Hasselblad site & converted them to DNG. Opened the images on Phocus, ACR & Lighroom, set the Black to Zero in ACR & Lightroom, flicked between the 3x programmes and the image & histogram looked vertualy identical.
