Fast Focus lever for Planar 80mm CF

Please could a member tell me which focus lever - if any - fits this lens? There seems to be very little clearance between the focus ring and the shutter release to accommodate the ring of a focus lever. The angle of the handle looks as if it would clear the shutter release, but it is the ring that clamps onto the focussing collar that looks a potential problem. Is there more than one type - how do I identify the correct one?

The focus lever 51700 fits the 40 - 80mm CF lenses, there is only one type for this lens. The rubber and plastic grip ring slips off and the lever takes it's place. Good luck finding one.
