I bought new magazine, and the whole roll pictures look like this. at right side, there are a fixed size strap, does it look like a leak?

Why on right? I thought it should be on left.

Can someone explain to me?

It is on the left images are captured 'upside down' and it is a gert big light leak!

By NEW do you mean new to you but secondhand or Actually NEW in which case I would be sending it back. Actually I would be sending it back in either case.
 
If the back is in good shape otherwise, you can install light seals in it and save the back. I have installed several in the past and it is not very difficult.

They are available on Ebay. But be careful to get the genuine light seals, as there are many homemade ones for sale there. Most of the time they sell for around $25 or so.
