This is the shift reference table for the Flexbody as for the C lenses.
I have used the S-Planar 120mm on a 4"x5" Linhof Kardan GT, with an adaptor, in 1:1 close-ups with good results!

I'm sure you'll love the CFV50 - it is an amazing piece of equipment and a pleasure to use with the old blad.
