Change rubicon of a 1000F ?

Well I just succed to convert my 1952 1000F for my cfv when one rubicon (for the shutter) broke ! As I suppose I wil not find new part for this camera, what kind of rubicon will I use for this ?
I expect to change only part of the ribicon and glue it.
Any idéa ?

Well I spent houres to repair. It works for about 50 tests and when I was ready to test flash connexion for digital CFV setting, the rubicon broke one more time !!!
