Yesterday I just had a surprise with my CFV-39. I downloaded the new frimware and got new setting for camera: Now I got Schneider camera setting. What is this new Schneider camera witch may be used with Hasselblad V back ?

I believe it is the setting for using Schneider view lenses with electronic shutters. These shutters eliminate the need to physically cock the shutter when shooting with a technical camera, and also offer more precision than mechanical shutters in increments of 1/10 f-stop.
Typically, each choice on the CFV menu provides for the slightly different timing and protocol for different cameras being used. This is just one of those.
