I recall a post where Hasselblad announced that their promise to provide 800 ISO for the CFV 16 had been dropped because there was no further development for that product.
I was extremely disappointed as an improvement to the 400 ISO quality in addition to extra speed would make me a happy camper.
Clearly that has turned out to be no the case and now 800 ISO appears on the 39. I'm wondering and hoping if we might once again look forward to this software upgrade.
It's make the V Series with CFV much more user friendly, only IMO. I've started to use it as a hand held camera far more often and am getting thrice the use out of it, but when the sun drops, it's dead in the water. F2.8 at 400 ISO soon takes the confidence out of focus and stability when the speed drops below 100, yet in that light the results can be fabulous.
