The Canon flash does not accept the SCA 390 or SCA 590 standard.
That means no TTL operation with Hasselblad TTL bodies is possible.
Hasselblad cameras with TTL mode are based on the SCA standard used by Metz and some Sunpak torches.
Both Metz and Sunpak made dedicated units to be used with Hasselblad TTL bodies like the 503 CX, 503 CXi, 503CW and 553ELX.
You could however possibly use the 430EXII in a manual mode and set the power level from 1/64th to full power. You would need to meter the flash to make the camera settings. Not as convenient as TTL, but could be used in a pinch.
