"calibration missing" on H2D39

Hello everybody ...
I've an H2D39, and I have the following message "calibration missing".
I've the last firmware R256.
What can I do about this calibration ?
So, when there is the message, I can't take any picture.
Thank's

Laurent

This seems to be a severe issue , which can not be solved here .
I had a very similar issue with my CFV-16 . The message was : calibration tables missing . As far as I can remember .
I had 130 images stored on the CF Card but even the technicians at HASSELBLAD could not make them available again .
So I suggest , that you contact your HASSELBLAD representitive and ask him , how to proceed .

Thank's

Thank's Jürgen for the reply ...

Bad news ... I think I'm going to send it back to the factory, but I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem, and if it was possible to solve it ...

Unfortunately there is no list of error messages that can turn up and what you could try to do , to get over the situation .

Might be , that this would not make sense anyway .

But I am interested in the outcome of your issue .
Please report , when you know more . Thank you .

Although I do not work with an HASSELBLAD H-System , but with HASSELBLAD V-SYSTEM + CFV-16 back , i am aware of the more complex nature of the H-SYSTEM .

If I get an error message of any kind on the digital back or during processing my digital files in FLEXCOLOR or PHOCUS (CFV-16) , I do know , only the digital back can be the culprit .

If I get the same , but using an H-SYSTEM , the culprit could very well be the
back , the camera body or even the interconnection between both of them .

If you can not reset the error situation by removing power or a possibly known reset procedure , you only have the chance to determine the culprit by , either replacing the body or the back , if you have the possibility to do so . Might even be , remove and reattach the lens .

But , as I mentioned before , as we do not have a list of possible error messages and a possible reaction to these messages by the user , the only chance we have is , either the experience of a guy in this forum , who experienced that situation before , or get the specialists in the boat and let them determine , whats wrong .

Hello Jürgen ...

Of course, if I don't have an answer from somebody who had the same experience, I'll send it back to the factory, but I don't like knowing my H2D39 is traveling alone ... You can understand this ...

Thank you for your care, I think the problem come only from the back, and I think too it's a firmware problem, but how can I reset the back alone and re install the R 256 ... ??
I use Phocus 1.2.1 (the last one, I think) ...

Laurent,

If you decide to let the factory work out what the problem is and see to a solution do send all parts concerned in.

Any part used even the lens may be the cause for this problem.
