Cable release with timing for 150mm/f4 lens

I have a practical problem, I cannot make my self portraits of do timing if needed.

I use only cable release where can I trigger the shutter release only through pressing of the air bag - you know what type of that cable release I mean.

Can you recommend me some producer or type for that using to set a time?
Something simple and affordably priced.
